I'm having a hard time figuring this out, I am NOT computer friendly and need some help... I installed the program and I see the icon on my desktop problem is when I open it takes me to the set up page and asks me if I want to repai, modify or uninstall. I am trying to get the program started and see no icon that takes me there, I tried reinstalling thinking maybe there was a problem but nothing changes and when I clicked on modify I made sure everything was being included in the download. I already purchased a loop but obviously can't open it without the program. I dont know what to do... How do I unzip a file from satellite when there is no file for me to open when I click on the icon? HELP AND PLEASE EXPLAIN IN TERMS I CAN UNDERSTAND, I AM NOT ADVANCED IN THIS WORLD LOL.

Thank you

When you install Satellite, it does not install an icon to your desktop. Depending on your operating system (MAC/WIN) it will be in a specific directory. Only the standalone version of Satellite will operate on it's own without needing a host like Garage Band. However, you cannot do any sequencing or rendering of your audio without another computer or recording device connected. Sounds to me like you want to be using the Audio Units version.

here are the default paths since you will be using it in Garage Band:

Mac OS X
Install Satellite Audio Unit (for Logic, Digital Performer, and Ableton Live)
1. Download Satellite Audio Unit for Mac
2. Double-click the zip file to unzip to a directory with the same name as the zip file
3. In the directory run the file called "install...files.mpkg" by double-clicking it
4. Proceed through the installation steps -- The Audio Unit will automatically be installed to the "/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/" directory

thanks, I actually figured it out, I didn't download the other program along with it to open the actual program, I finally got it opened, one question now... how do I play the loops I purchased, I opened them on the program just fine and I keep clicking on C3 but nothing plays, what am I doing wrong?
